Premium quality 3D Fabric Paint that charges with sunlight, and then glows in the dark! Apply the fabric paint by simply painting onto your chosen fabric and allow to dry for 24 hours. Alternatively you can set the fabric paint with a heat source such as an iron or hairdryer by applying heat to the reverse side of the fabric. Once dry the fabric paint forms a soft flexible surface that is fixed and waterproof.
