How long does it take to receive my order?
Generally orders are shipped within 58 hours. During peak and trade show seasons, expect some delay. Transit times vary for different locations. Canadian orders ship from Ontario and US orders ship from Atlanta. Express next day shipping is available; please contact us for a quote.
Standard transit times within Canada:
• New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, & Newfoundland – typically 2 days
• Ontario & Quebec – typically 1 day
• Manitoba, Saskatchewan, & Alberta – typically 3 days

What if I need my order urgently?

We do not impose a minimum order.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $500 within Canada and the continental United States. For orders amounting less than $500 shipping is charged are cost.
What are your hours of operation?
Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Oops! I received damaged merchandise.
No problem! Please call us at 1-888-755-5578 or email us at email@example.com to have your damaged merchandise reported. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Alternatively we may issue a credit note, depending on the nature of the claim.
Can I return merchandise?
No. Due to the cosmetic nature of the product, we do not take merchandise back. All sales are final.
What are your payment terms?
Net 30 OAC.
I am a new customer; how do I open an account?
Please go to our New Account form and submit your details. A staff member will be in touch once you are set up on our system, with a username and password to login to our site. Wholesale prices will be displayed once a user is logged in.
I am ordering from the U.S., am I responsible to pay import duties and taxes?
No, all U.S. orders will be shipped from our Atlanta warehouse and will therefore not incur any duties or taxes. Ordering from Camden is just like ordering from any U.S. based supplier.
How do I get a Login & Password?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full company details and registration number. We will reply with a new login and password. Or call a customer service rep at 1-888-755-5578. A Login and Password will allow you to view pricing on our website and enable you to order online at your convenience.
